วัดพระธาตุลำปางหลวงมีหอพระพุทธ เป็นสถาปัตยกรรมก่ออิฐทรงสี่เหลี่ยม ฐานเจดีย์สร้างครอบรอยพระพุทธบาทไว้ สร้างขึ้นสมัยเจ้าหาญแต่ท้อง เมื่อปี พ.ศ.1992
วัดพระธาตุลำปางหลวงวิหารพระพุทธ สร้างขึ้นคู่กับวิหารน้ำแต้ม สันนิษฐานว่าเดิมคงเป็นวิหารโล่ง ได้มีการบูรณะซ่อมแซมภายหลัง ภายในวิหารประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปปางมารวิชัย ขนาดหน้าตักกว้าง 40 นิ้ว เป็นพระพุทธรูปที่มีลักษณะ และส่วนสัดที่งดงามมาก บันไดทางขึ้นด้านหน้าออกแบบเป็นรูปมังกรคายพญานาคทั้งสองข้างบันได เชิงบันไดมีรูปสิงห์ปูนปั้นขนาดใหญ่สองตัว สร้างในสมัยเจ้าหอคำดวงทิพย์ เจ้าผู้ครองนครลำปาง เมื่อประมาณ ปี พ.ศ.2331
