บ่อน้ำร้อนแจ้ซ้อน เป็นแหล่งน้ำพุร้อนที่มีสภาพการเกิดทางธรณีวิทยา มีกลิ่นกำมะถันอ่อน ๆ จำนวน 9 บ่อ ตั้งอยู่รวมกันในบริเวณพื้นที่ที่ทำการอุทยานแห่งชาติแจ้ซ้อนประมาณ 3 ไร่ ภายในพื้นที่มีโขดหินน้อยใหญ่กระจัดกระจายอยู่ทั่วไป และมีไอน้ำลอยกรุ่นขึ้นมาจากบ่อปกคลุมรอบบริเวณ น้ำพุร้อนมีอุณหภูมิเฉลี่ย 73 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นที่นิยมนำไข่ไก่และ ไข่นกกระทามาแช่ สำหรับไข่ไก่แช่นานประมาณ 17 นาที ไข่แดงจะแข็งมีรสชาติมันอร่อย ส่วนไข่ขาวจะเหลวคล้ายไข่เต่า

อุทยานแห่งชาติแจ้ซ้อน ได้จัดทำเส้นทางเดินศึกษาธรรมชาติเลียบลำห้วยแม่มอญ ไว้สำหรับบริการนักท่องเที่ยวได้ศึกษา หาความรู้ รวมทั้งได้สัมผัสธรรมชาติอย่างใกล้ชิด ดังนี้
• เส้นทางเดินศึกษาธรรมชาติน้ำตกแจ้ซ้อน - น้ำพุร้อนแจ้ซ้อน มีระยะทางทั้งหมดประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตร ใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง โดยจะเริ่มต้นเดินทางตั้งแต่ลานบ่อน้ำพุร้อนจนถึงโรงไฟฟ้าพลังน้ำ แล้ววกกลับมาทางใหม่อีกจนถึงลานน้ำพุร้อน ตลอดเส้นทางจะมีป้ายสื่อความหมายกระจายอยู่ตามจุดต่างๆ เพื่อให้ผู้สนใจได้ศึกษา
• เส้นทางเดินศึกษาธรรมชาติน้ำตกแม่เปียก มีระยะทางทั้งหมดประมาณ 4 กิโลเมตร ใช้เวลาเดินทางประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง จะเริ่มเดินจากโรงไฟฟ้าพลังน้ำไปจนถึงน้ำตกแม่เปียก และเดินวกกลับมาอีกฟากหนึ่งของลำห้วย จนมาถึงโรงไฟฟ้าพลังน้ำและเดินกลับมาทางเดียวกับเส้นที่หนึ่ง ตลอดเส้นทางจะมีป้ายสื่อความหมายกระจายอยู่ตามจุดต่างๆ เพื่อให้ผู้สนใจได้ศึกษา

อุทยานแห่งชาติแจ้ซ้อนอยู่ห่างจากตัวเมืองจังหวัดลำปางประมาณ 75 กิโลเมตร สามารถเดินทางไปอุทยานแห่งชาติได้ดังนี้
• จากตัวเมืองลำปาง ไปตามทางหลวงจังหวัดหมายเลข 1035 (ลำปาง-วังเหนือ) จนถึงปากทางเข้าอำเภอแจ้ห่มไปประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร จนถึง กม.ที่ 58 เลี้ยวซ้ายมาตามทางหลวงจังหวัดหมายเลข 1287 ซึ่งผ่านอำเภอเมืองปาน และเลี้ยวไปตามทางหลวงจังหวัดหมายเลข 1252 (ข่วงกอม-ปางแฟน) เป็นระยะทางประมาณ 11 กิโลเมตร แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายเข้าอุทยานแห่งชาติแจ้ซ้อนตามทาง รพช.อีกประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร ถึงที่ทำการอุทยานแห่งชาติแจ้ซ้อน
• จากตัวเมืองลำปางไปตามทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 11 (ลำปาง-ห้างฉัตร) เลี้ยวขวาไปตามทางหลวงจังหวัดหมายเลข 1157 (ลำปาง-ห้วยเป้ง-เมืองปาน) ระยะทาง 55 กม. เลี้ยวขวาเข้าทางหลวงจังหวัดหมายเลข 1287 (เมืองปาน-แจ้ห่ม) ประมาณ 2 กิโลเมตร เลี้ยวขวาไปตามทางหลวงจังหวัดหมายเลข 1252 อีกประมาณ 11 กิโลเมตร แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายเข้าอุทยานแห่งชาติแจ้ซ้อนตามทาง รพช.อีกประมาณ 3 กิโลเมตร ก็จะถึงที่ทำการอุทยานแห่งชาติแจ้ซ้อน
